Do you ever catch yourself wondering what to eat over the weekend, especially on Saturdays? Hmm, at least there’s the weekend to look forward to so it’s a good problem to have, right?
Yes, the weekend is the perfect time to relax and indulge a bit. I usually prepare healthy meals throughout the weekdays and even up until Friday, but on Saturdays and Sundays, I like to get a little adventurous and sneaky. This might mean inviting some friends over or having a small family gathering to try recipes that we don’t normally make.
I like to call it my Junk Food Saturdays or Sundays because it allows me to eat whatever I want. You can call it a cheat day if you like.
