Spring calls for blackberry picking time!

Bring on the deliciously tart blackberries then make it into a bright cake for parties.

I was also skeptical about lavender-flavored food, but you’ll be surprised by how well it works as a dessert!

2. Spring Vanilla Cake

Do you notice the bunny ears made of thyme? It’s a subtle way to welcome the Easter bunny!

So simple yet classy, vanilla cakes are perfect to serve during tea parties as Easter-themed desserts.

With spring carrot cupcakes, the grass is greener on your dessert table.

Thanks to the lovely color and design, they make terrific Easter or St. Patrick’s Day cupcakes!

Gift your mom Mother’s Day treats or serve a lavish dinner with a dessert she’ll never forget.

After all, nothing says “I love you, mom” more than a bouquet of flowers.

5. Honey Macarons

I’m in love with bees because of the sweet honey they bring. But how I hate their painful stings!

That said, I have more appreciation than fear towards hardworking bees, especially come spring when they are at their busiest! To honor them create spring sweets designed like bees, like fancy honey macarons!

6. Pistachio Mousse Filled Cookie Cups

Cookie cups are the best spring desserts because you won’t only get a chewy cookie, but a nutty pistachio filling!

I would eat the outer parts of the cookie first then leave the center for last for that nutty, creamy delight.

7. Lemon Squares

Excuse me, who allowed gluten-free lemon squares to be this good?

Packed with tart lemon flavors, you’ll be left feeling obsessed with these springtime desserts.

You’d think I’d pucker up at the thought of lemons, but lemon squares changed the way I think.

8. Coffee Banana Cake

Got overripe bananas and an intense craving for coffee? Hit two birds with one stone, creating a banana cake with coffee cream cheese frosting!

No need to have a cup of joe with your dessert (though if you’re like me, I still have one for that extra caffeine kick).

9. Japanese Fruit Sandwich

I would have never thought of having sandwiches as a sweet ending, much less serve them as spring-themed desserts!

But the Japanese cuisine has proved me wrong with a refreshing sandwich loaded with rich cream and strawberries for a touch of spring.

10. Kitchen Sink Cookies

It’s time for spring cleaning not only around the house but in the kitchen, too!

From leftover pretzels to holiday chocolates, wipe out your fridge to create colorful cookies with a mix of sweet and salty flavors.

That way, you can welcome spring with a lot more food!

11. Beehive Honey Bundt Cake

The beehive Honey bundt cake is one of the fun spring desserts that Winnie the Pooh will approve of!

It’s also an adorable way to commemorate hardworking bees that create the honey we have in our coffee and desserts.

12. Sugar Cookie Fruit Tarts

I love how spring brings out a ton of fresh produce from budding plants! That’s why I love using more natural ingredients as I cook or bake.

While fruit tarts may seem intimidating, the French dessert is actually a delight to make.

13. Chocolate Egg Nests

Here’s another Easter-themed dessert the kids will fawn over!

After the annual Easter egg hunt, give your little ones a cute treat to celebrate their awesome egg-hunting skills!

14. Flower Cupcakes

Spring is when the flowers show their true colors.

But if they’re still in the process of growing their gorgeous petals, let the flowers bloom in your kitchen with floral cupcakes!

15. Key Lime Pie

Besides lemons, lime is a popular spring fruit that exudes lovely fragrant flowers.

Let the combination of sweet, citrusy, and tart flavors bring your taste buds to life. You’ll feel just like the plants reviving themselves come springtime!

16. Daffodil Cake

One of my favorite flowers is the daffodil, which is a major welcoming sign of spring.

After dealing with tons of grey skies and snowy nights, seeing daffodils brightens my day.

Once the flowers come, celebrate it the right way with a bright daffodil cake.

17. Spring Brownies

Let’s amp up the fanciness of our spring desserts by serving up classic chocolate brownies with edible flowers!

Your family will love the unique, colorful twist you put into their favorite treats. Don’t worry, the flowers taste yummy.

18. Vegan Pastel Layer Cake

Layers and layers of color, flavor, and a springtime feel? You’ve got me hooked!

One of the best parts?

It’ll be a hit at any party because it’s vegan-friendly and will accommodate many diets.

No one will believe it’s vegan!

19. No Churn Roasted Strawberry Ice Cream

I get that spring is still a bit cold, but I’m never saying no to ice cream!

Don’t be afraid to shake things up and try something new, like roasting your strawberries.

You’ll be getting an intensely sweet strawberry flavor with every bite. Do you bite or lick ice cream?

Need light desserts for spring to start getting that holiday weight off?

Strawberry oatmeal bars are a tasty treat that won’t even feel like you’re on a diet.
