They say snacking is bad for you when you’re doing intermittent fasting, but others argue that eating small portions throughout the day is better for digestion.
Oh well, who cares what’s good or better for you? Just do what you love and what makes you feel great. For me, that’s snacking! Hehe, but of course, I don’t want to overdo it.
Since fall is here, it’s the perfect time to snack on appetizers and treats made with foods like squash, pumpkin, apples, and even orange peppers. Oh, how I love the color orange because it’s warm and sets the perfect fall scene, making it amazing for Halloween and Thanksgiving.
Growing up, my cousins and I loved preparing snacks and bringing them to school to share with other kids. We enjoyed making pumpkin spice cookies and apple tarts.
Even when it was time to be healthy, we liked simple carrot sticks dipped in hummus – so simple yet tasty.
Plus, my birthday is during the last quarter, just before wintertime, so it’s perfect for me to get someone to bake me a fall-themed cake to close things off and get ready for Christmas.
Anyway, I love fall snacks, so I made this post for those of you who can relate.
